Online Terms of Sale
NZJOBEXPO.com (the Site) is a website owned and operated by DBCT Management Ltd. (DBCT), a New Zealand owned and operated company.
Should you wish to purchase a ticket to an expo, then by using the Site and ordering any tickets you agree to be bound by these Online Terms of Sale.
DBCT may vary these Online Terms of Sale at any time. Any such variations become effective immediately upon publication on the Site. Any variation subsequent to your purchase will not apply to your purchase.
Tickets are sold subject to the following terms:
- No refunds or exchanges of tickets will be provided under any circumstances unless required by law.
- Should DBCT for any reason, in its absolute discretion or as required by law, agree to exchange any ticket, DBCT may charge a reasonable replacement fee. (unless that would be prohibited by law).
- Under normal circumstances, the delivery of your ticket should be completed within 24 hours of your having purchased the ticket or tickets. The normal method of delivery will be by email.
- Prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
